Refund Policy
Perfumes are non - returnable products.
To avoid ending up with a fragrance you do not like, We have made 30ml / 50ml versions of each fragrance for informed purchases of 100ml versions.
Returns / replacement will be only accepted for product received are damaged/ defective by the customer and that would require a clear video of the unpacking.
Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed and packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at siyaperfume@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Partial COD Terms & Conditions:

Advance Payment: Customers opting for partial Cash on Delivery (COD) are required to make an advance payment of 25% at the time of placing the order.

Non-Refundable Advance: In case of parcel return or refusal to accept the delivery, the advance payment made will be non-refundable under any circumstances. This is to cover the processing and shipping costs.

Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver the parcel. If the delivery fails after these attempts, the order will be marked as returned, and the advance will not be refunded.
- Acceptance of Terms: By placing a partial COD order, the customer agrees to the above terms and conditions.
